The people who hold these positions are elected annually at our AGM. Details of the AGM are included in a Newsletter sent to plotholders at least a month prior and will include Date\/Time\/Venue along with an Agenda. The Officers and Committee members are shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-right:0;padding-left:0\">In addition to the AGM, Committee meetings are held bi-monthly where matters concerning the operation of the site are discussed and decisions made.
